  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

2.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing (for international shipments).

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Any applicable fees, including taxes and customs duties (for international orders), are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Destinations

4.1. We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

6.1. Lost or Stolen Packages: Qcares Lip Kits is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

6.2. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us at qcareslipkits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and its contents for our records.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

7.1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Qcares Lip Kits is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply for returned orders due to address errors.
